Irwin Kerner

Irwin Kerner joined the Watson & Taylor Companies in July 1982 and is responsible for deal sourcing and contract negotiations in our company's self-storage acquisition program.
During his tenure with the Watson & Taylor Companies, Mr. Kerner has overseen the acquisition, leasing and management of five retail shopping centers with net leasable space of approximately 275,000 square feet. He has also acted as the Project Acquisition and Development Manager for three industrial projects totaling approximately 300,000 square feet. Mr. Kerner has also been involved in Watson & Taylor land transactions as well as numerous refinancings and remodelings of Watson & Taylor real estate projects.
Mr. Kerner is a graduate of Brooklyn College in New York City.
